Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships – 2010
Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championship excitement begins the last week of June through the first week of July. If you want tickets, you need to plan ahead. For the 2011 Championships, obtain an application form at AELTC, PO Box 98, London SW19 5AE, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope between August 1 to December 15, 2010. Applications after December 15th applications will not be processed. Grounds open at 10:30 am daily and matches begin on Centre and No. 1 courts at 1:00 pm Queueing: get in line early (7ish) for Ground Admission. Tickets are sold one per person and only cash is accepted. The buzz of this annual event is worth the wait. Be sure to treat yourself to the traditional strawberries and cream!!
